12 April 2012 – In association with the magazine Business & Diplomacy, Peach Property invited Berlin’s diplomatic community to join it for lunch at the yoo berlin showroom: the occasion was an opportunity to meet and greet the new ambassadors in the capital. At the start of the event, Dr. Thomas Wolfensberger, CEO of Peach Property Group, was delighted to welcome His Excellency Takeshi Nakana, the new Japanese Ambassador, to the exclusive ambience of the showroom. The following also responded to the invitation: Abdu Usman Abubakar, H.E. the Ambassador of the Federal Republic of Nigeria; José Joaquín Chaverri Sievert, H.E. the Ambassador of the Republic of Costa Rica; Mohammed Farhane, H.E. the Ambassador of the Kingdom of Morocco; Upali Sarrath Kongahage, H.E. the Ambassador of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka; William Mart Lananemäe, H.E. the Ambassador of the Republic of Estonia; Mosud Mannan, H.E. the Ambassador of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh; Julio Ernesto Munoz Deacon, H.E. the Ambassador of the Republic of Peru; Dr. Mazen Tal, H.E. the Ambassador of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan; and, last but by no means least, Joy Elfreda Wheeler, H.E. the Ambassador of Jamaica.

A total of forty guests, amongst them the attachés of France, Canada, Finland, the Czech Republic and Argentina, held animated conversations; they were joined by representatives from Berlin’s business community. All enjoyed the spring-like atmosphere in the showroom on the banks of the Spree, and took the opportunity to find out more about the yoo berlin development that is fast become a reality. General conclusion: The yoo berlin Diplomacy Lunch brings yet another facet to bear on the attractions of the capital’s social life, which is already far from poor.
