An ensemble of close to 100 top-quality condominiums, with a collective living space of 7.500 m² and an additional commercial unit, will be constructed on a newly acquired plot comprising a total of 2,660 m2 at Chausseestrasse 108/109. With “Living 108”, Peach Property Group is building on the successful branding of the neighbouring project “Living 106”. “Living” in this regard stands for an upscale, urbane lifestyle: modern architecture, amenities such as fitness areas and personal services, as well as outstanding value for money are the distinguishing marks of this concept.

Plans are for “Living 108” to comprise a mix of different types of dwelling suited to the specific buyer segments: condominiums, generously proportioned penthouses with rooftop terraces, as well as urbane apartments for which a range of furnishing options and additional services that are highly popular amongst international buyers are foreseen. The residents will have a community space at their disposal, as well as a subterranean garage with 55 parking spaces. Sales activities are scheduled to officially start in early 2013, and construction should get under way in the summer of 2013.

“Living 108” will be realised on an attractive site in the proximity of the pulsating Friedrichstrasse. The central location of Chausseestrasse and the convenient access to public transportation nestle this property ideally in the midst of city life. Berlin’s main railway station is a ten-minute walk away, and the underground station “Naturkundemuseum” is right before the door. The new complex of the Federal Intelligence Service, at present one of the largest public construction projects in Germany, is just a few steps away and is nearing completion. In the immediate neighbourhood, Peach Property Group already successfully concluded in 2011 its “Living 106” project (73 condominiums and a commercial unit) with the sale of all units.
