Annual general meeting of shareholders of Peach Property Group AG approve all proposals
Zurich, 17 May 2013 – The ordinary annual general meeting of Peach Property Group AG was held today in Zurich. 34 shareholders attended the meeting and accounted for 63 per cent of the issued shares.
The shareholders approved by a clear majority all motions proposed by the Board of Directors. The 2012 compensation report and remuneration model for 2013 were also approved in a consultative vote.
The general assembly reaffirmed all Board members of Peach Property Group AG. Dr. Corinne Wohlfahrt, Dr. Christian Wenger, Peter E. Bodmer, Dr. Christian De Prati and Dr. Thomas Wolfensberger were re-elected to a further one-year term of office. The company’s auditors, PricewaterhouseCoopers AG, were also granted a further one-year mandate.
