Press Conference for the Start of Construction on Living 108 in Berlin
July 31, 2013 – To mark the start of construction on the Living 108 residential project, Peach Property Group AG held a well-attended press conference in Berlin on July 30. Bernd Hasse, CEO of Peach Property Group (Deutschland) AG, Annette Axthelm, architect and designer of the Living 108 project, and Dr. Andreas Steinbauer, Head of Sales and Marketing at Peach Property Group AG gave presentations on the exclusive residential project on the fast-developing Chausseestraße in Berlin-Mitte.
During the conference, the project leaders explained the design focus of what is now Peach Property Group’s fourth project in Berlin, representing a continuation of the successful neighboring project, Living 106. Mr. Hasse singled out the concept of ‚living suites‘ – urban rental apartments that come furnished and also feature a range of additional services. Purchasers also valued the communal character of the residential project, he said, with its various communal areas such as the shared fitness facilities, roof terrace and café. Ms. Axthelm spoke about the architectural features of Living 108 and the amenities the building and apartments offer for future residents, before going on to say that the project meets customers‘ requirements for modern, urban housing. Dr. Steinbauer explained the successful marketing of the ‚living suites‘ concept – only shortly after they went on the market, 48% of the apartments in Living 108 had already been sold or reserved.
The Living 108 project will see the construction of a residential and commercial building on Chausseestraße 108 with 128 high-quality condominiums, encompassing a mix of different apartment types with areas of between 30 and 121 m2. The project is scheduled to be completed in spring 2015.
