Peach Property Group AG hosts investor and analyst conference

Zurich, 23 September 2014 – Peach Property Group AG, a leading property investor and developer of high-end residential and commercial real estate, today hosts an investor and analyst conference in Zurich. At the conference, the company will provide further details on the progress made with investment properties and current development projects that had been reported earlier. In addition, Peach Property Group AG will describe the company’s increased focus on its investment property portfolio and provide an outlook:
The share of investment properties in the overall portfolio is scheduled to grow to around 50 percent by the end of 2014. Furthermore, Peach Property Group AG anticipates significant payback from its major projects in Berlin and Hamburg during the remainder of 2014. Together with the handover of apartments under these two projects, this should enable the company to once again reach the target equity ratio at market values of around 40 percent by the end of 2014.
