Peach Property Group extends total volume
Peach Property Group extends total volume of current projects to around CHF 365 million.

Zurich, 28 April 2008 – In recent years, Peach Property Group AG has continually increased the total volume of its ongoing projects. The volume of the seven projects that are currently in the process of implementation runs to around CHF 365 million. All the projects focus on the area of luxury residential property.
Peach Property Group AG, which has its headquarters in Zurich, has set itself the aim of becoming one of Europe’s leading developers of luxury residential property. The real estate group’s core competencies include the development, realisation, marketing and, to some extent, the financing of residential property in the top price segment. The seven projects currently in the process of implementation are situated in prime locations in and around Zurich, in the canton of Schwyz, in Ischgl (Austria) and in Mallorca (Spain).

Peach Property Group currently employs 21 staff with many years of experience in the area of real estate. In 2007, the group reported EBIT of CHF 3.9 million. For 2008, Peach Property Group anticipates an increase in EBIT of 54%, to approximately CHF 6.0 million.
