Once again the company won the highest award in each category for which it was nominated.

“yoo berlin” has been developed in collaboration with the world renowned property brand “yoo inspired by Starck”, under the creative directorship of Philippe Starck. The exclusive residential building directly overlooking the River Spree in the heart of Berlin, received the top award for the first time in the category “Best Development Multiple Units Germany”. The “Peninsula Beach House” on the banks of Lake Zurich (www. beach-house.ch) was awarded the top prize in the category “Best Development Multiple Units Switzerland”, winning this exceptional award for the first time. The “Peninsula Beach House” won this award by displaying its top-quality fittings in the 23 exclusive condominium apartments, the wellness centre with its own pool, the private fitness area and the direct access to the lake on the Giessen peninsula in Wädenswil near Zurich to the judging panel.
Two further property awards in the class “Highly Commended” went to “yoo berlin” in the categories “Apartment Germany” and “Development Marketing Germany”.
