“Luxurious living in Hamburg has a new name: H36.” Such is the intro to an NDR video reportage on price developments for self-owned dwellings at exclusive locations in Germany. H36, a project of Peach Property Group comprising 57 condominiums on Harvestehuder Weg 36, serves as a prime example of a property development project at a top address. Given that demand for owner-occupied dwellings remains uninterrupted – so the prognosis – real estate prices in Hamburg as well as in other German metropolises such as Munich and Berlin should continue to rise. According to a study by brokerage firm Engel & Völkers, buyers are mainly looking for a secure way to invest their money. “The more exclusive the location, the more secure the investment”,  notes the commentator of the NDR telecast. „Luxuriöses Wohnen in Hamburg hat einen neuen Namen: H36.“ So beginnt ein NDR-Filmbeitrag, der sich mit der Preisentwicklung für Wohneigentum an exklusiven Lagen in Deutschland beschäftigt. Investment property portfolio in Erkrath-Hochdahl near Düsseldorf

In early 2012, Peach Property Group acquired an investment property portfolio encompassing 143 apartments and 28 commercial units and situated east of Düsseldorf in the centre of Erkrath-Hochdahl (see related media release). As it is active mainly in the field of real estate development, the company has set the goal of accumulating a portfolio of investment properties that afford a consistent flow of revenues through regular rental income. With the purchase of the Erkrath-Hochdahl holdings, the entire portfolio now has an estimated asset value of CHF 58.0 million and generates annual revenues of CHF 4.6 million.

How does the newly acquired property look in real life? Visitors will find themselves in Erkrath-Hochdahl, midst in a flourishing centre-city quarter: the flats and commercial units are situated around a lively market place where numerous shops offer everything needed for daily life. Bestandsimmobilien-Portfolio in Erkrath-Hochdahl bei Düsseldorf

Peach Property Group AG shareholders approve all motions

Zurich, 11 May 2012 – The annual general meeting (AGM) of Peach Property Group AG was held in Zurich today in the presence of 27 shareholders representing 61 per cent of the issued shares.

The shareholders approved, with clear majorities, all motions proposed by the Board of Directors. These included approval of the annual report and annual and consolidated financial statements 2011 of Peach Property Group AG, as well of the dividend application of CHF 0.30 for the financial year 2011. This will be distributed in the form of a repayment from capital reserves, and is thus not subject to deduction of withholding tax. The dividend yield of 2.7 per cent at year-end is in line with the company’s policy of paying shareholders a regular dividend that is above long-term money market rates. The shareholders also approved the remuneration report, on which a consultative ballot took place.

Furthermore, the AGM elected Dr. Corinne Wohlfahrt as a new member of the Board of Directors of Peach Property Group AG. Dr. Corinne Wohlfahrt (Swiss, born 1966) has been self-employed in the Private Equity domain for some ten years. She brings in-depth knowledge of the German market and, as M&A specialist, has advised Peach Property Group in important transactions. Dr. Christian Wenger, Peter Bodmer, Dr. Christian De Prati and Dr. Thomas Wolfensberger were re-elected for further one-year terms of office. The services of auditors PricewaterhouseCoopers AG were also confirmed for a further year.

Zürich, 11. Mai 2012 – Heute fand in Zürich die ordentliche Generalversammlung der Peach Property Group AG statt. An der Generalversammlung nahmen 27 Aktionäre teil, die 61 Prozent der ausgegebenen Aktien vertraten.

Die Aktionäre haben allen Anträgen des Verwaltungsrats mit deutlichem Mehr zugestimmt. So wurden der Jahresbericht sowie die Jahres- und Konzernrechnung 2011 der Peach Property Group AG sowie die für das Geschäftsjahr 2011 beantragte Dividende von CHF 0.30 genehmigt. Die Auszahlung erfolgt aus Kapitaleinlagereserven und somit ohne Abzug der Verrechnungssteuer. Die Dividendenrendite von 2,7 Prozent zum Jahresende entspricht der Dividendenpolitik der Peach Property Group AG, die darauf abzielt, den Aktionären eine regelmässige Dividende über den langfristigen Geldmarktzinsen auszuzahlen. Ebenfalls klar gutgeheissen haben die Aktionäre den Vergütungsbericht, über den konsultativ abgestimmt wurde.

Weiter hat die Generalversammlung Dr. Corinne Wohlfahrt neu in den Verwaltungsrat der Peach Property Group AG gewählt. Dr. Corinne Wohlfahrt (Schweizerin, geboren 1966) ist seit rund zehn Jahren selbständig im Bereich Private Equity tätig. Sie ist eine profunde Kennerin des deutschen Marktes und hat die Peach Property Group als M&A-Spezialistin bei wichtigen Transaktionen beraten. Dr. Christian Wenger, Peter Bodmer, Dr. Christian De Prati und Dr. Thomas Wolfensberger wurden für eine weitere Amtsdauer von einem Jahr wiedergewählt. Ebenfalls für ein weiteres Jahr bestätigt wurde die Revisionsstelle PricewaterhouseCoopers AG.

Grundsteinlegung für zweiten Bauabschnitt am Harvestehuder Weg 36 in Hamburg: Projekt der Peach Property Group geht in den Hochbau

Zürich, Schweiz/Hamburg, Deutschland, 10. Mai 2012 – Direkt nach der Fertigstellung der Wohnungen des ersten Bauabschnittes wird heute am Harvestehuder Weg 36 der Grundstein für die Villen des zweiten Bauabschnittes gelegt. In einzigartiger Lage, direkt an der Hamburger Außenalster, errichtet hier die schweizerische Peach Property Group insgesamt 57 exklusive Eigentumswohnungen. Die Fertigstellung der insgesamt fünf Villen ist für den Sommer 2013 geplant. Besucher können sich jetzt auch in der neuen Musterwohnung von Stil und Qualität dieses besonderen Projektes überzeugen.

Das Areal, bestehend aus zwei Projekten am Harvestehuder Weg 36 und am Alsterkamp 43, fasziniert durch eine unvergleichliche Lage an der Außenalster, in einer traditionellen Hamburger Villengegend. Verteilt auf fünf neu errichtete Villen entstehen insgesamt 57 Wohnungen mit Flächen von 65 bis 320 m2. Die Häuser vom Harvestehuder Weg 36 interpretieren mit klaren Linien, groß dimensionierten Fensterflächen und den durch Staffelung gebildeten Terrassen den Bautyp der klassischen weißen Alstervilla neu.

Zu den Annehmlichkeiten für die neuen Bewohner gehören unter anderem ein eigener Fitness- und Spabereich sowie 121 Tiefgaragenplätze, teilweise mit direktem Zugang per Aufzug zu den Wohnungen. Insgesamt erwartet Peach Property am Harvestehuder Weg 36 ein Verkaufsvolumen von EUR 88 Mio.

Foundation stone laid for second construction phase at Harvestehuder Weg 36, Hamburg: Peach Property Group development moves to superstructure

Zurich, Switzerland/Hamburg, Germany, 10 May 2012 – Immediately after completing the apartments comprising the first construction phase at Harvestehuder Weg 36, the foundation stone is being laid today for the residences of the second construction phase. Swiss developer Peach Property Group is building 57 exclusive private apartments at a unique location on the shores of Hamburg’s Outer Alster Lake. The five residences are scheduled for completion in the summer of 2013. Prospective purchasers are already able to visit the new show apartment to admire for themselves the style and quality they can expect from this exceptional development.

Consisting of two developments at Harvestehuder Weg 36 and Alsterkamp 43, the site offers an incomparable setting on the Outer Alster in a traditional Hamburg villa neighbourhood. Distributed amongst five newly erected residences are 57 apartments with floor areas ranging between 65 and 320 m2. The buildings at Harvestehuder Weg 36 are a new interpretation of the classic white Alster villa, with its clear lines, generously proportioned glazing and staggered terraces.

„We are delighted to be drawing such a positive response with our development here in Hamburg,“ says Bernd Hasse, Managing Director of Peach Property Group (Deutschland) GmbH: „Having completed the residences on Alsterkamp so quickly, we are starting work on the superstructure at Harvestehuder Weg with the second phase of the development, and planning to hand over the keys to the new owners of all the apartments as early as 2013.“

The on-site amenities for residents will include a gym and spa facility, as well as 121 underground parking spaces, some with direct lift access to the apartments. Ceiling heights are a generous 3 metres, rising to 3.20 metres on the ground and staggered storeys. Two tower rooms even offer 4 metres of headroom. The apartments are on the market at prices starting at around 7400 Euro/m2. Peach Property is envisaging the sales volume at Harvestehuder Weg 36 to amount to EUR 88 million.

According to an independent study, Peach Property Group is the second-largest developer of luxury dwellings in Germany. Peach Property Group hat 13 von 23 Einheiten im Projekt Peninsula Beach House in Wädenswil beurkundet

Zürich, 9. Mai 2012 – Die Peach Property Group AG, ein führender Entwickler von hochwertigen Wohnimmobilien im deutschsprachigen Europa, gibt zum Baubeginn des Projektes Peninsula Beach House den Vertriebsstand bekannt: Es wurden per heute 13 der 23 hochwertigen Einheiten beurkundet. Bezogen auf das geplante Verkaufsvolumen wurde damit eine Vertriebsquote von 41% erreicht.

Thomas Wolfensberger, CEO der Peach Property Group: „Dass die Zahl der Beurkundungen der Eigentumswohnungen im Peninsula Beach House innerhalb weniger Wochen signifikant zugenommen hat, bestätigt die Attraktivität dieser exklusiven Wohneinheiten. Die künftigen Bewohner werden die aussergewöhnlichen Wohnungen direkt am Zürichsee gemäss Planung 2014 beziehen können.“

Das Peninsula Beach House mit einer Verkaufsfläche von 4‘745 m2 soll seinen Eigentümern eine einzigartige Lebensqualität bei direktem Seezugang und einer atemberaubenden Aussicht auf den Zürichsee bieten. Die Wohnungen mit Verkaufspreisen ab CHF 2,2 Mio. sind zwischen 130 und 290 m2 gross und harmonisch in eine von Landschaftsarchitekt Enzo Enea gestaltete Parklandschaft eingebettet. Die Peach Property Group revitalisiert das Areal und ergänzt die zum Teil denkmalgeschützten Gebäude durch neue Wohnliegenschaften von hohem architektonischem Wert. Peach Property Group has notarised 13 of the 23 condominiums in its Peninsula Beach House development in Wädenswil

Zurich, 9 May 2012 – Peach Property Group AG, a leading developer of high-value residential property in German-speaking Europe, has published sales figures as work begins on its Peninsula Beach House development: to date, 13 of the 23 high-quality dwellings have been notarised. This corresponds to 41% of the planned sales volume.

Peach Property Group CEO Thomas Wolfensberger: „The fact that the notarisation of condominiums in the Peninsula Beach House has accelerated in the last few weeks confirms the appeal of these exclusive dwellings. The construction plan foresees residents being able to move into their exceptional lakeside residences in 2014.“

Benefiting from a saleable floor area amounting to 4745 m2, the Peninsula Beach House will be offering its owners a unique quality of life complete with direct access to, and breathtaking views of, Lake Zurich. With floor areas of between 130 and 290 m2 , the condominiums nestle harmoniously in a park setting designed by landscape architect Enzo Enea and come with a price tag starting at CHF 2.2 million. The Peninsula Beach House development also comprises a private gym and wellness facility containing a spa, an indoor squash/exercise hall, indoor golf, an aerobics room, a 20 m indoor pool and a relaxation tub. The development is being built to Swiss Minergie® standards and incorporates the latest sustainable energy systems, including heat-exchange technologies for exploiting the latent heat of the lake water.

The construction plan foresees occupancy of the units in the spring of 2014. Anchor and tensile trialling work is currently underway on the challenging lakeside terrain. The complex excavation work is scheduled to begin in June. Superstructure work is due to start early in 2013.

The Peninsula Beach House represents the first construction phase of the overall Peninsula development planned for Wädenswil’s historically significant Giessen industrial estate, which occupies a 30,000m2 peninsula on Lake Zurich. Peach Property Group is breathing new life into the former private site and complementing what, in part, are heritage-protected buildings through the addition of new residential units possessing architectural and aesthetic merit. The peninsula is being submitted to a thoroughgoing upgrade complete with car-free park, a network of paths and public spaces.
