Zurich, July 3rd 2008 – Mirco Riondato joins Peach Property Group, effective 01 August 2008 as Managing Director of Investment Management.
Mirco Riondato brings to Peach over 20 years of Corporate and Real Estate financial expertise exclusively acquired from market leading Swiss banking institutions and property developers. His career began at UBS and over the next 15 years, managed UBS departments concentrating on Real Estate Finance (mortgages and construction loans), Workout (foreclosure), Valuation, Consultancy and Brokerage. In 2000, MIB AG Property + Facility Management hired Riondato to setup a new sales and marketing division. Five years later he was reporting to the Board of MIB AG as head of Commercial Property Consultancy & Sales. In 2005 he was named Regional Director (of German speaking Switzerland) by Implenia Real Estate AG where he successfully transferred his financial know-how to the newly merged Zschokke and Bati Group. Promoted to General Manager of Implenia Investment Management AG at the end of 2006, he was responsible for structuring and arranging the finance for project developments (debt, mezzanine and private equity) and to originate, design and place alternative real estate investments for funds and private investors in the field of Mezzanine and Private Equity. His last post was MD for Brick Finance, a privately held real estate specialty financial services firm.
Riondato has degrees in Economics (Betriebsökonom KSZH) and Real Estate Trustee (eidg. Dipl. Immoiblientreuhänder) and a Masters Degree in Real Estate Management from the Fachhochschule Biberach in partnership with the London South Bank University. Besides earning Certification as Private Equity Advisor (ebs/BAI), Riondato was admitted to the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in 2005 and is currently a Board member of RICS Switzerland.

Zürich, 3. Juli 2008 – Mirco Riondato stösst per 1. August 2008 als Managing Director Investment Management zu Peach Property Group.
Mirco Riondato verfügt über eine 20-jährige Erfahrung in der Finanzierung von Unternehmen und Liegenschaften. In diesem Zeitraum war er ausschliesslich für marktführende Schweizer Banken und Immobilienentwicklungsunternehmen tätig.
Er begann seine Laufbahn bei UBS, wo er 15 Jahre lang verschiedene Abteilungen leitete, mit dem Schwerpunkt Real Estate Finance (Immobilienfinanzierung: Hypotheken und Baudarlehen), Workout (Versteigerungen), Immobilienbewertung, Beratung und Vermittlung. Im Jahr 2000 wechselte Herr Riondato zu MIB AG Property + Facility Management, um dort eine neue Abteilung für Marketing sowie den Erwerb und Verkauf von Immobilien aufzubauen. Fünf Jahre später berichtete er als Leiter des Bereichs Commercial Property Consultancy & Sales direkt an den Vorstand der MIB AG. Ab 2005 brachte er als Regionaldirektor der Implenia Real Estate AG (in der deutschen Schweiz) seine Finanzkenntnisse in die soeben zusammen-geschlossenen Unternehmen Zschokke und Batigroup ein. Als Geschäftsführer der Implenia Investment Management AG war Herr Riondato seit Ende 2006 sowohl für die Strukturierung und das Arrangieren projektbezogener Finanzierungen (Debt, Mezzanine, Equity) wie auch für den Aufbau von alternativen Investments für Immobilieninvestoren in den Bereichen Mezzanine und Private Equity zuständig. Vor seinem letzten Wechsel war er Geschäftsführer der Brick Finance, einem privat geführten Finanzdienstleister der Immobilienbranche.
Herr Riondato ist Betriebsökonom KSZH und eidg. dipl. Immobilientreuhänder. Er hält ferner ein MBA in Real Estate Management (Fachhochschule Biberach [CH] und London South Bank University [GB]). Zusätzlich zu seinem Titel als Private Equity Advisor (ebs/BAI) ist Herr Riondato seit 2005 Mitglied der Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) Switzerland und gegenwärtig im Board dieser Institution.

Zurich, 28 April 2008 – In recent years, Peach Property Group AG has continually increased the total volume of its ongoing projects. The volume of the seven projects that are currently in the process of implementation runs to around CHF 365 million. All the projects focus on the area of luxury residential property.
Peach Property Group AG, which has its headquarters in Zurich, has set itself the aim of becoming one of Europe’s leading developers of luxury residential property. The real estate group’s core competencies include the development, realisation, marketing and, to some extent, the financing of residential property in the top price segment. The seven projects currently in the process of implementation are situated in prime locations in and around Zurich, in the canton of Schwyz, in Ischgl (Austria) and in Mallorca (Spain).
