Existing hybrid warrant bond to be continued for the time being

* Outstanding amount of approximately CHF 45.5 million
* Complete repayment intended by one of the next call dates
* Call options on a quarterly basis; next call date on September 22, 2023
* Proceeds of the recently issued convertible bond reserved for repayment

Peach Property Group AG, a real estate investor with an investment focus on residential real estate in Germany, will not call the outstanding amount of the hybrid warrant bond (SWX: PEA231, ISIN: CH0417376040) by the earliest possible call date on June 22, 2023, in line with its capital management and under its considerations of the balance sheet structure. Thus, the outstanding amount of approximately CHF 45.5 million at the close of the half-year continues to affect the balance sheet as equity.

The proceeds of the convertible bond issued in early May 2023 (SWX: PEA234, ISIN: CH1263282522) remain reserved for the complete repayment of the hybrid warrant bond. The Company intends a complete repayment by one of the next call dates. Beginning June 22, 2023, the Company will have quarterly termination options, with the next call date being September 22, 2023.
